A. A. Dalvi

Anantrao Atmarao Dalvi.
Born on 19th February 1914, at Hatkanangale, in district Kolhapur, A.A. Dalvi was an Art director in Marathi film industry. Associated with Prabhat Film Studio almost from its beginning to its closure, he worked on the art department of major films produced by the celebrated studio.

This interview was conducted by Bapu Watve on 16th January 1987 while Anantrao Atmarao Dalvi was 73.
Bapu Watve was a renowned author on subjects relating to cinema, and studious researcher. He is known for books like “Ek Hoti Prabhat Nagari”, “Bhartiya Charitramala: Dadasaheb Phalke” and “Bhartiya Cinemache Janak”.
