Pandurang Ganpat Bhosle

PG Bhosle was the first employee of renowned “Prabhat Film Company”, he started the association with the celebrated studio from its establishment day from 1st June 1929. Earlier he also worked with “Maharashtra Film Company” for four years from 1924. During his career, he has closely seen the work, efforts and passion of legendary filmmakers like Baburao Painter, V Shantaram, Damle and Fattelal. Bhosle was also fortunate to get felicitated by Indira Gandhi.

Bapu Watve was a renowned author on subjects relating to cinema, and studious researcher. He is known for books like “Ek Hoti Prabhat Nagari”, “Bhartiya Charitramala: Dadasaheb Phalke” and “Bhartiya Cinemache Janak”.
