Shahu Modak

A well-known actor in Indian cinema, Shahu Modak acted in several Hindi and Marathi films. Modak started his film journey during the early 1930s and was active for almost six decades till the mid-1980s. He was recognized for playing mythological characters, especially he played Lord Krishna a multiple number of times.

Some of his notable films are Shyam Sunder (1932), Seva Sadan (1934), Manoos/ Aadmi (1939), Geet (1944), Shiv Bhakta (1955), and Meera (1979).
