Vivek

Born in February 1918, Ganesh Bhaskar Abhyankar was a film and theatre actor. Interested in paintings, he was trained at J.J. School of Arts. Later, Abhyankar adapted the screen name as Vivek. He established himself as one of the leading actors of Marathi cinema during the 1940s and 1950s. Vivek worked for almost four decades, alongside noted personalities like G.D.Madgulkar, Anant Mane, Raja Paranjpe, Raja Thakur, etc.
